As a graduate of Virginia Tech & Penn State, with professional backgrounds in plant pathology, plant production, and 26 years as a horticulture educator, Carol Richwine now operates her part-time floral design studio (aka RNG Florals) with her husband—established in 2011—while cultivating her full-time passion for plants. She continually seeks opportunities to serve people through plants as her chosen medium, embracing that mission whenever possible.

SUSTAINABILITY: Sustainability is essential to our operation, both in natural resources and economics. We grow over a hundred types of annuals and perennials on-site, offering fresh, unique flowers. Booking early allows us to explore growing your wedding blooms, lessening carbon footprints, while providing the freshest stems. Of course we compost organic materials, buy from local growers when feasible, and care for our land to help all creatures.
REPURPOSING: Many of your beautiful blooms will stay vibrant long after your wedding day. We’re happy to repurpose any unwanted arrangements for their second life!
PHILANTHROPY: We support organizations that work to fight human trafficking & other human tragedies.
